1. INTRODUCTION
At Elux Green Cars ("Elux," "we," "our," "us"), we strive to provide reliable and flexible transportation solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our terms for booking changes, cancellations, and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers.
2. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations Made 48+ Hours Before the Scheduled Ride: Eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Made Within 24 to 48 Hours Before the Ride: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Ride: Non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: If the rider does not show up at the scheduled pickup location within 15 minutes (standard rides) or 30 minutes (airport pickups), the booking will be marked as a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Prepaid or Corporate Bookings: Refunds are processed based on the contractual terms agreed upon at booking.
3. CHANGES & RESCHEDULING
Ride modifications made 48+ hours before the scheduled time can be adjusted at no charge, subject to vehicle availability.
Ride modifications made within 24 to 48 hours may incur a modification fee based on new ride details.
Changes within 24 hours of pickup will be treated as a cancellation and may not be eligible for a refund.
4. PAYMENT DISPUTES & REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
If a refund is not received after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to Elux.

5. FORCE MAJEURE POLICY
Elux is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, emergencies, or a lack of available drivers for last-minute bookings. While we strive to ensure service availability, unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from fulfilling an on-demand request. Refunds for such events will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
